We are located at 111 North Central Park Avenue Suite 300 Hartsdale, New York 10530. You can find directions to our studio here.

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and all major credit cards. We also accept payment plans with Cherry (MORE INFO BELOW).

After your appointment has been booked, you will be emailed Pre-Care and Aftercare instructions for your particular service. These instructions will have all the information you'll need to prepare for the treatment, so please take a look prior to your appointment and let us know if you have any questions.

We prioritize your comfort above all else. We use high-quality topical numbing agents during our treatments to ensure a comfortable experience. Properly following Pre-Care instructions will also minimize any discomfort you may feel during the treatment.

During the consultation portion of your appointment, we will thoroughly discuss your goals and guide you to the service that aligns best with your vision.

Please bring a valid form of ID along with any photos that showcase your desired goals. If you have a favorite makeup product you'd like to replicate, please bring it with you to your appointment as well.

Yes, contraindications for our services are listed below and in our booking form. If any contraindication applies to you, a medical clearance note may be required before scheduling your appointment.

If you have previous work from another provider, please email us with current photos with no makeup on to determine your candidacy. Please note a $75 correctional fee may be applied based on the condition of your existing work.

Although it varies case by case, permanent makeup typically requires a minimum of two sessions (an initial session and a touch-up) for optimal results. Lip Neutralization and certain correctional work may need additional sessions after the touch-up. Scalp Micropigmentation requires a minimum of three sessions.

To ensure the safety and success of our services, it is crucial to consider the following contraindications. If you have or apply to any of the following, we recommend consulting with a medical professional before proceeding. A clearance note will be required prior to scheduling any service.

Contraindications

  • A deposit is required upon booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards your treatment and is non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in this policy.

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice. Doing so will allow your deposit to be either refunded or applied towards a future appointment.

  • Providing less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.

  • Requests to reschedule an appointment (complimentary touch-ups excluded) will be accommodated up to two times. If a third request to reschedule is made, the deposit from the initial appointment will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

  • Arriving more than 25 minutes late to your appointment will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a complete no-show with no notice, the deposit will also be forfeited.

  • To book a new appointment after a no-show, a new deposit will be required. After two no-shows, you will no longer be able to book an appointment with us.

  • We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting such behavior. We have the right to cancel or discontinue services, in which the deposit will be forfeited, and you will no longer be able to book with us.
  • We accept various payment methods, including cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Please note that all credit/debit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. We do not accept personal or business checks.

  • Requests to cancel or reschedule complimentary touch-up appointments with less than 48 hours notice will incur a touch-up fee when rescheduling. The fee will vary depending on the service.

  • Requests to reschedule complimentary touch-up appointments will be accommodated one time. If a second request to reschedule is made, a touch-up fee will be applied when rescheduling.

  • Complimentary touch-up appointments must be made 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. Any appointments made after are considered maintenance/refresh appointments. Pricing for maintenance/refresh appointments is based on the service.

  • All services rendered are non-refundable. Deposits are also non-transferable. Deposits on file will automatically be applied toward your balance on the day of the treatment.
